  • Hear Kit LD provide 2.5 golden hours after heart attack.
  • Any patients those who are prone to Hart Attack can be recommend Hart Kit LD, A real life saving drug.

    • Non ST Segment Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome
    • [Unstable Angina or Non-Q-Wave Myocardial Infraction]
  • Atorvastatin 80 mg. Anti-inflammatory effect in Unstable Angina Pectoris
[Unstable Angina or Non-Q-Wave Myocardial Infraction]
  • Aspirin 300 mg. Antithrombotic Therapies in Acute Coronary Syndrome
  • Clopidogrel 300 mg. Antiplatelet Therapy in Acute Coronary Syndrome

CPR - Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation

Step 2: If the patient is unconscious and unable to take the loading dose, start CPR immediately.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving emergency procedure used when a person’s heart stops beating or they stop breathing (cardiac arrest). CPR helps maintain the flow of oxygenated blood to the brain and vital organs until medical help arrives or the heart starts beating again.

Brain damage can begin within 4–6 minutes without oxygen, so immediate CPR can save a life.

When Should CPR Be Given?

CPR should be started if a person:

  • Is unresponsive

  • Is not breathing or only gasping

  • Shows no signs of circulation

Basic Steps of CPR

Step 1: Check Responsiveness
Tap the person and ask loudly, “Are you okay?”

Step 2: Call for Help
Call emergency services immediately or ask someone nearby to call.

Step 3: Start Chest Compressions

  • Place your hands in the center of the chest.

  • Push hard and fast.

  • Compression depth: 5–6 cm (about 2–2.4 inches)

  • Speed: 100–120 compressions per minute.

Step 4: Give Rescue Breaths (if trained)
After 30 compressions, give 2 breaths. Continue the cycle of 30 compressions and 2 breaths (30:2 ratio).

Hands-Only CPR

If you are not trained, perform hands-only CPR by giving continuous chest compressions at 100–120 per minute until medical help arrives.

Early CPR can double or triple survival chances during cardiac arrest. Knowing CPR can help save lives in emergencies.

Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

AED - Automated External Defibrillator

Step 3: Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a portable medical device used to help a person experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. It works by analyzing the heart’s rhythm and delivering an electric shock (defibrillation) if needed to restore a normal heartbeat.

AEDs are designed to be simple and safe for public use. The device provides clear voice instructions, guiding the user step-by-step through the process.

How an AED Helps

  • Detects dangerous heart rhythms such as ventricular fibrillation (VF) and pulseless ventricular tachycardia (VT)

  • Delivers a controlled electric shock to restore a normal heart rhythm

  • Provides audio and visual instructions so even non-medical users can operate it

Important Points

  • AEDs are commonly placed in public areas, offices, airports, schools, and malls.

  • Even people with basic training or no medical background can use an AED.

  • Using an AED quickly along with CPR can significantly increase survival chances during cardiac arrest.

Tip: Continue CPR until the AED is available, then follow the device instructions carefully.

The Golden Hour: Time to Act

Hart Kit LD is designed to support immediate action during the critical golden hours after a heart attack. Early intervention during this period can significantly improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.

Sudarshan Pharma takes pride in introducing Hart Kit LD in India, developed as a loading dose combination used in the early management of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS).

The formulation is aligned with treatment approaches recommended by the American Heart Association (AHA) for early management of cardiac emergencies.

When Hart Kit LD is Used

Hart Kit LD may be used in the early treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome, including:

  • Non-ST Segment Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome (NSTE-ACS)

  • Unstable Angina

  • Non-Q-Wave Myocardial Infarction

Early administration during the first few hours after symptoms appear can help improve treatment outcomes.

Composition of Hart Kit LD

The kit contains a combination of medicines commonly used in cardiac emergency management:

  • Atorvastatin 80 mg
Helps reduce inflammation and stabilize plaque in patients with unstable angina and acute coronary syndrome.

  • Clopidogrel 300 mg
An antiplatelet medication that helps prevent platelets from sticking together and forming clots.

  • Aspirin 300 mg
Acts as an antithrombotic agent, helping prevent blood clot formation.

Important Note

Hart Kit LD should be used only under medical supervision as part of appropriate cardiac care. Early recognition of symptoms and immediate medical attention remain crucial during a heart attack.
