Key Functions: HR deals in recruitment, Training (compulsory 14 days training in 365 days ), ensure Grievance handling at all levels, Payroll processing, Drafting & finalizing the Policies and procedures of our Company.
Future planning like estimation of manpower recruitment in line with expansion of business verticals, Setting new benchmarks for measurement of employee performance.
